SMALL IS HUGE.
In a time where high overhead can devastate a business, old school mentality can leave a brand in the dust and flexibility is everything, the small and nimble groups win. And while we may be a few shy of a soccer team, we have enough years of experience to cover the continent. Plus, we're a bunch of nice people to be around.

    Chris Cooney - Founder, Owner
If Chris can get up early every day and survive a P90X workout, you can be sure he'll conquer any projects you throw at him. It's this fierce dedication that has enabled him to build successful brands for clients including Prudential, Magellan Health Services and Access MediQuip to name a few. But perhaps the intense training has sharpened his reflexes too - because Chris maneuvers business challenges with expert precision.
When our clients are at a crossroads, Chris is at an advantage. He specializes in reinventing, repositioning and relaunching organizations in need of a smart, solid brand strategy. He's done so for multi-billion dollar companies, mid-sized businesses and everything in between.
When he's not working tirelessly on business development or meeting with a client, you can find him kayaking or tubing with his family. Or cleaning the mystery snails out of his son's fish tank. Again.

    Jim Blumenfield - Founder, Owner
The WilMark team is suffering severe withdrawals. The reason? Jim's famous chocolate chip, Heath Bar cookies. In his defense, we were warned before we took our first bite - they are deliciously addictive. And, they've been proven to add 97% more productivity to every meeting.
Not unlike his cookies, Jim has a gift for finding strategic combinations that when added together, produce business-changing results. He's done so for brands including Hostess, Wonder, Coca Cola New Brands, Citibank Online and non-profits that focus on autism, education and fighting AIDS. Jim's perfected left brain-right brain thinking has enabled him to lead and deliver marketing, branding and communications programs for many of our now successful clients.
With such a full schedule, we wonder how he has time to hit the gym, volunteer his time and catch the occasional Cardinals game. But as long as he has time to bake, we don't ask questions

Thomas Hynes - Public Relations & Social Media Strategist
You only have to know one thing about Tom and you'll get why he's cool - he attended SXSW twice. Creatives across the country dream about being a part of the best film, interactive and music event of the year. And Tom gets to say, been there, done that, X2.
Maybe he wrote his way in. Wouldn't be surprising since he's worked for PR Newswire for 7 years and a hip startup in Brooklyn. He crafted thousands of unique newsfeeds for bloggers, led webinars and presentations for new media strategies and held a prestigious Editorial Supervisor position in Washington, DC. Since he joined WilMark, Tom has kicked the social media door down for clients in all of the most effective spaces from Facebook to Foursquare. His quick wit and strategic approach is the perfect formula for social success.
When Tom isn't crafting a press release, blogging, tweeting or creating another charity initiative, you'll find him working on his bike-riding-to-ice-cream-eating balance. As of right now, ice cream is in the lead.

Susan Vogel - Senior Marketing Executive
Growing up the oldest of five siblings and now as a mother of two has been perfect training for Susan’s career in advertising and marketing. It began in world-class agencies on Madison Avenue where she crafted award winning and business building marketing and communications strategies for clients from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.
She forged her hard-charging work ethic, keen sense of human nature, communications skills and ability to work with anyone by helping her parents care for her younger siblings. She carried her skills over to raising her own children and seeing the world with them and her husband.
The WilMark team and our clients have been the beneficiaries of Susan’s background. We rely on her proven knack in market research, designing and executing marketing and PR programs, and her exceptional writing skills. When she’s not producing for WilMark clients, she can be found with her nose in a Barefoot Contessa cookbook or whipping up a magical secret family recipe for family and friends.

    Kristin McHugh - Account Director
Kristin has a natural knack for making friends with clients. It works out well when she gets to visit these friends in St. Petersburg/Clearwater and Renaissance Aruba. There's nothing like doing business on a white-sand beach. But even in a conference room, Kristin has a gift for making every meeting a good one.
Coming all the way from Huntington, New York, Kristin worked with big brands including Wyeth Consumer Health Care, Centrum Multivitamins, GMC Trucks, Thomas' English Muffins and Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Since joining WilMark, Kristin has been instrumental in managing accounts and projects, developing brand strategies and overseeing every piece of creative to ensure consistency. Day to day, she works closely with the creative team and clients to make sure that every assignment is right on the mark.
But one of her favorite parts of her career is directing production and photo shoots - especially if it's on a white-sand beach.

    Danielle Krischik - Copywriter
Danielle spent the earlier part of her years in tutus and tights. She performed in ballets from New York to Pittsburg to Walt Disney World. But after finding her writing passion in college, she choreographed a career in marketing and advertising.
Danielle wrote award-winning campaigns for clients including Hilton Caribbean, Mexico, FastMed Urgent Care and her favorite team, the New York Yankees. She won't let a brand go by without crafting a compelling story. And she's done so in just about every format you can imagine, from print to mobile to pizza boxes.
Danielle is currently training for her first marathon. It's a 26.2-mile race from Buffalo to Canada. So, we may need a copywriter soon, we'll keep you posted.

    Frank Salonek - Creative Director
Frank doesn't sleep. He's one of those super humans who can work while most are tucked in for the night. Some call it Da Vinci sleep, which is kind of ironic since Frank is a true artist. And while his creative skills are unparalleled, his ability to build new business opportunities and lead a team to produce award-winning work makes him unstoppable.
Frank has produced, managed and directed campaigns for clients including University of Maryland, Hilton, Icelandair, Kennedy Space Center, Marriott, Fontainebleau, Cancun, The Nature Conservancy, Barcelo Hotels & Resorts, Nassau/Paradise Island, South Sea Island Resort and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino to name a few.
But if he switched gears tomorrow, Frank would fulfill his lifelong dream and become a mad scientist. In the unpredictable world of marketing and advertising, he's had a lot of practice already.
